O2 Aviation Services is a services solution provider to the aerospace industry, based in Orlando, USA and Toronto, Canada.
O2 Aviation Services was established in 2007 by Arash Jahangir and dedicated associates, having identified the need for simplified advisory services.
Our expertise include aerospace assets marketing, sales, maintenance costs, operating economics, structures engineering, airline operations and aircraft leasing.
Founder
Arash Jahangir, Executive Officer and Co-founder, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Ryerson University.
Arash is passionate about aerospace and automotive segments, with his work spanning over 25+ years. He held progressive product development, engineering and marketing positions, including product support, maintenance, aircraft performance and economics at Bombardier, Embraer, Global Aerospace Corporation, Proform Industries Group, GA Telesis, Universal Asset Management, Stelia Aerospace (AAA Canada) and most recently Kaman Aerospace Corporation. He has focused on asset based deal origination and arrangement with a keen eye for strategic mergers and acquisition opportunities.
He has a background in project management, held a glider pilot license, and has completed Canadian private pilot license qualifications.
Arash is happily married and a proud father of three fast growing boys.
